About Purpose Lab

We help founders navigate the complex matrix of bringing ideas to life. From startup storytelling and brand-making to decision architecture and regenerative strategy, we bridge the gap between vision and execution.

Who we serve

Built for founders and leaders navigating complexity

Founders & Startups

We help early and growth-stage founders clarify their narrative, shape their brand, and build decision frameworks that scale with the company.

Marketing Leaders & Brand Teams

From go-to-market strategy to brand storytelling, we help CMOs and marketing leaders build positioning and messaging that drives coherent growth.

Organizations & Institutions

For complex organizations, we design governance structures, decision systems, and culture frameworks that create alignment at scale.

What we do

Storytelling, brand, strategy, and systems

Startup Storytelling

We craft the narrative that turns a concept into a movement. Pitch decks, press angles, investor stories, and customer-facing copy rooted in what makes you different.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Competitive positioning, audience mapping, and brand architecture grounded in research and cultural intelligence.

Visual Identity Systems

Logo systems, design language, and guidelines that stay coherent across every touchpoint as you grow.

Go-to-Market Strategy

Channel strategy, messaging hierarchy, launch sequencing, and content roadmaps designed for your stage and market.

Content Strategy & Planning

Editorial direction, content calendars, thought leadership, and distribution strategies that build authority.

Decision Systems

Clearer models, faster feedback, and bias-aware governance for founders and teams operating under uncertainty.

Organizational Design

Governance structures and decision architectures that enable coherence as the team and mission scale.

Regenerative Frameworks

Strategy aligned with living-systems logic: shifting from extraction to regeneration across operations and culture.

CoherenceOS

Our emerging intelligence framework integrating mapping, protocols, and human systems into one architecture.

Our philosophy

We believe the best brands are built on the same foundations as the best decisions: clarity, coherence, and deep understanding of human behavior. Our work is both practical and civilizational, rooted in real engagements but informed by cognitive science, institutional design, and regenerative systems.

Whether you are a founder telling your story for the first time or an institution redesigning its decision architecture, the underlying challenge is the same: navigating complexity without losing what matters.

Ecology & regeneration

The ecology of coherence

We see every organization as a living system. A company is not only a machine for growth. It is an organism shaped by flows of energy, attention, material, labor, trust, and time. Its health depends on the ecologies it participates in: internal culture, supply chains, communities, landscapes, and the wider planetary condition.

For us, environmental and ecological responsibility is not an isolated commitment or a layer of CSR. It is a design principle. We help build purposeful companies that move from extraction to regeneration by embedding ecological intelligence into strategy, systems, processes, protocols, and products.

This means asking, at every level:

  • What are we taking?
  • What are we restoring?
  • What are we optimizing at the expense of something deeper?
  • What conditions of life are our decisions creating?

Ecological Decision Protocols

Every major decision passes through an ecological lens: energy cost, material cost, human cost, downstream systems cost, and what regenerates versus what optimizes.

Regenerative Operating Models

Help companies build systems that reduce harm and increase renewal: sourcing standards, circular material logic, packaging minimization, energy tracking, and longer product life cycles by design.

Organizational Ecology

Healthy meeting architecture, humane workload systems, decision clarity, reduced coordination waste, emotional and cognitive sustainability, and governance that prevents chronic extraction from teams.

Product & Protocol Ecology

Build products that reduce noise, waste, and unnecessary complexity. Design services that strengthen local ecosystems rather than hollow them out.

Circular Thinking

Make externalities visible early in product and process design. Align economic value with social and ecological value throughout the organization.

Metrics that Matter

Track renewal, not only output. Measure what regenerates alongside what grows. Embed ecological intelligence into how success is defined.

Our commitment is to help shape organizations that can grow without severing themselves from the living worlds that sustain them.

Our methodology

What the 4-week program delivers

Strategic clarity is the foundation. This is the average founder transformation across key dimensions.

Strategic Clarity Progression

Average founder improvement across key dimensions (4-week program)

Why this matters. Founders who progress through Strategic Clarity → Brand Architecture → Go-to-Market → Execution build with conviction. They know their market, their differentiation, and their path to revenue. This foundation is what enables founders to navigate uncertainty, attract co-founders and advisors, and ultimately move capital faster.

The thinking behind Purpose Lab

Adarsha Bhattarai, Founder & Strategy Systems Architect

Adarsha Bhattarai

Adarsha Bhattarai is the founder of Purpose Lab, a strategy and systems practice that helps founders, organizations, and emerging institutions turn complex vision into coherent strategy, narrative, and operational direction. His work sits at the intersection of brand positioning, decision design, organizational architecture, and regenerative thinking.

He works on the deeper structures beneath growth: how ideas become institutions, how power moves through systems, how clarity is built into decision-making, and how organizations can scale without losing intelligence, integrity, or soul. His approach is both conceptual and applied, shaped by real-world work across ventures, research, advisory, and cross-sector design.

Alongside Purpose Lab, Adarsha has helped build and shape ventures across wellness, hospitality, tea, cultural storytelling, and technology. This gives him a grounded understanding of what it takes to move from vision to structure, from instinct to execution, and from possibility to durable form. He is especially interested in founders and institutions working at the edge of transition, where old models no longer hold and new forms are still being made.

Based in Nepal and working across local and global contexts, Adarsha brings a perspective shaped by complexity, plurality, and systems that must work in the real world. His practice is guided by a simple conviction: that the future will not be shaped by ideas alone, but by the quality of the systems that carry them.
